I’ve always been drawn to work that sits at the intersection of people, strategy, and opportunity. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with entrepreneurs, business owners, and everyday individuals who were doing everything “right”—working hard, building businesses, and taking risks—yet still felt blocked by systems they didn’t fully understand or weren’t given access to.
Through my experience in business operations, real estate, and client-facing leadership roles, I saw a recurring pattern: many capable people weren’t lacking vision or discipline—they were lacking clear guidance, proper structure, and access to capital. Too often, the business and funding world felt confusing, intimidating, and intentionally difficult to navigate.
